Bitcoin 101

Bitcoin is easy to trade and surprisingly hard to explain. Most “explainers” either drown you in jargon or wave their hands at “magic internet money.” This section does neither. It's six short, plain-language pages covering the parts of Bitcoin that actually matter if you want to understand what you own — written the same way as everything else on this site: by a person, researched, no filler.

Start anywhere. If you're brand new, read them in order. If you came here for one thing — why mining exists, what a hard fork is, why the block reward keeps shrinking — jump straight to it.

These pages are reference explainers, not financial advice. Bitcoin is volatile; do your own research.
